The White Raven: Hold on light up (Video-Single, 2014)

Singer Sebastian Wijk, says the song is about the feelings of losing family members. When you think you know how to deal with it but realize you've got it all wrong:

”The lyrics are about feelings I had when losing my mother and how going through that made me feel stronger. More specifically, they describe how wrong I was and how I later experienced the exact same things when my father passed. It's about how people around me said the same things and how I did the same the things, making destructive decisions with the hopes of being able to survive it.”

The White Raven: Headlights (Single, 2014)

"We wanted to bring out that it doesn't have to stop being beautiful, just because it is abandoned and dead ." Said the Helsingborg-based band The White Raven on the video for " Headlights " . The single is picked from the upcoming debut EP "Sumeru", recorded in The End Studios outside of Lund with the leadsinger Sebastian Wijk at the head and technicians and producers Johan Olsson , Peter Dahlstrom and Mikael Gomilsek. The video for the song, in which the atmosphere is cold and dark, is an embodiment of the desolate landscape and powerful lyrics that can be found in the music. "We chose to shoot the video at these places because we thought they captured the feeling we ourselves have for the song. It is deserted. Broken. Strange and dead. Some scenes in the video, you could say represents a sort of before-the-inner-collapse thing." Says the band. They call their music "Swedish Grande LoFi" and the desire to combine the sound with the visuals to bring out the feeling is grande"
