Jungle Doctors: Dry (Single, 2014)

Jungle Doctors are a young indie/pop band from Teddington, South West London. Despite the name, they don’t actually have PhDs, but their ability to write catchy, guitar-led songs has caught the attention of bloggers and DJs in the UK. Formed in 2011 out of boredom in secondary school, the five-piece self-released their first EP the following year. Early in 2013, the band put out a song called ‘Better’ which was quickly picked up by Tom Robinson for the BBC Introducing Mixtape on BBC 6 Music and recommended by XFM’s Dan O’Connell. Also featured on Amazing Radio by Charlie Ashcroft and played by Hattie Pearson on her XFM show, the buzz has continued to grow, with the band included on music blogs such as The Sound of Confusion, Shiny Shiny New, A Music Blog Yea.
