H.M.Hammarin: It began again (Single, 2014)

This spring we got an EP from H.M. Hammarin that took nearly three years to complete. Well, that's nothing compared to his new summer hit song It Began Again that has taken… brace yourselves… EIGHT YEARS from the first recordingto a finished song! And what a song it is. There's optimism and darkness as usual, seasoned with this summer's catchiest chorus and saxophones we haven't heard since daytime TV in the 80's.

"Every year since I wrote it I've been thinking that; this summer, I'll release it. But I didn't make it, until now. It got to the point where several friends, roommates and neighbors associated my music 100% with the baseline and drums of It Began Again. They were the only elements I was working on, all day! I can't believe it's finished!"

According to H.M. Hammarin this is huge. Unimaginably huge. It's a daemon being defeated and an insurance that the perfectionism and the curse that once held back one of our most eccentric songwriters now has been lifted. An awesome force has been released!

Simply enough; It Began Again

H.M.Hammarin: In Insanity (Video-Single, 2014)

Gothenburg, Sweden, based indie profile HM Hammarin, who had a great 2013 with debut single "Living A Lie", is back with a new video to the latest single "In Insanity". A weird one where absurdity meets parody meets something darker. All in the sense of true Hammarinism. HM Hammarin is already being called one of the truly great new entertainers on the Swedish music scene and is planning for a full length album this come autumn (Press)
