Strawberry King: Unnatural pregnancy (2015)

"Unnatural Pregnancy" is an unusual record mixing dark ambient and pop music, always melodic annd very melancholic. The relatively short album has a striking spiritual and Darwinian approach, where contributions from both birds and Clausen himself are equally important. On two tracks, "Space to Unthink" and "Drengs" Clausen is playing the piano deep inside a Norwegian forest with only birds among the audience. As long as there are birds, there is a reason to stay alive, knowing that the birds will continue to sing without us. Still "Unnatural Pregnancy" might just be for everybody... or nobody.
