Manett: The sea urchin (2013)

Manett is a freak/psycho/dream/what-have-you folk artist based in Brooklyn. After years of collaborating with the post-punk band cholo, she embarked on a solo project to experiment with a more subtle sensibility. The resulting songs are oddly pretty and showcase a unique voice that is as whimsical as it is wise.
