Slonk Donkerson: Watching every channel (Single, 2013)

Slonk Donkerson are easily one of my favorite bands in the Brooklyn DIY scene. They write the rock songs we’ve been waiting for and packaged it in an EP called, Watching Every Channel At Once. You won’t find any reverb or any hat tricks, just pure, rockin’ tunes. ‘The Shape Of Faith’ is my favorite song off the EP. It’s the perfect opener. It’s fast and contains commanding drums and potent guitars that are enough to throw you off your feet. You can feel a wave coming, this is the start of something very, very big and Slonk Donkerson are one of the bands spearheading the movement. Long live rock and roll.
