The In The Out: Heat (Single, 2012)

The In The Out are a 3 piece electric rock band formed in Melbourne, Australia in April 2011 by Dallas Gale. You can trace the sound of The In The Out to elements of The Modern Lovers, Primal Scream, Joy Division and Psychedelic Furs, but then you start heading towards garage bands like The Saints and early Go-Betweens and in the end you really can't decide…. they sound like no other! Their first single 'Hid In The Beat' was released in 2011 and is a Fall-esque hypnotic traverse through distorted bass, reverberated voice, repetitive drums and glassy electric guitar.
