"I’ve been a fan of Delta Spirit for a good…..oh…..three days now. Josh from 1,2,3 turned me onto them a few days ago, I listened to their 2008 LP “Ode To Sunshine”, and fucking loved it.
Now the band have a new album dropping on March 13th via Rounder Records and so I’ve got some catching up to do and some time to spend with their previous two albums.
Now, because I’ve only been a fan for mere days, I don’t really have much room to judge this new song “California” compared to their older songs, but I do like this new one (it even has hints of Band Aid’s “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” in it), so if you’re an old fan of the band, how do you think they compare?"
