Yrrs: Gravel pit (Single, 2011)

Following the emergence of a song that rattled and hummed about three months ago, YRRS have followed it up with a track that simply purrs with brilliance> Stealing the name from a Wu Tang classic, gravel pit is a slacker anthem in waiting, all distorted vocals and energetic, couldn’t-care-less guitars. The fact is that, at it’s core, stripped back of all the fuzzy bluster, this would still be an amazing pop song, in a similar vain the pulsating beats that have made Bos Angeles one of the hottest properties around.
