Adam Taylor Young: Bedroom tapes, Vol.1 (2011)
"When I think about Adam Taylor Young’s pop sensibilities and his ear for melody I realize that it goes beyond being uncanny. No, no, no this borders on freakish. I mean really, how can just one dude manage to crank this sort of stuff out without his creative reservoir running dry? Whatever it is I hope he keep can ‘em coming because he has shot near the top of my list for favorite new artists.
Adam literally just posted this brand new track on his soundcloud and after listening to it I realized that I had to share it. Something this joyful shouldn’t stay bottled up. So shake it up, pop the cap, and let this fizzy pop music get all over everything" (Vía: cactusmouth.tumblr.com)

Adam Taylor Young: Why fools fall out of love (Single, 2011)
"Adam Taylor Young’s newest track “Worse Things” is a track that should be reason alone for me to check my inbox regularly. Now again I am gonna hit you with the “perfect summer song” tag here, but again I really mean it. Now I’m not lumping this track in with others because of any bouncy, tropical, or Beach Boys influences; but rather I call it a summer track for a whole different reason. This song bleeds a sort of vibe that is all about good times. You know the feeling when you and your friends have the whole summer ahead of you? The same feeling you get when you think to yourself that it’s not what you are going to do this summer, but rather what are you not going to do this summer. That’s where this song puts me.
So put this track on and celebrate the blessings of warm weather, friendship, and good times… and rad music" (Vía: cactusmouth.tumblr.com)
